"CPI ® -100 series" is a triarylsulfonium salt type photoacid generator (photocationic polymerization initiator) manufactured by our original manufacturing method. While the conventional product contains a large amount of bissulfonium salt, the "CPI®-100 series" has high purity of monosulfonium salt, so it has excellent solubility in organic solvents and matrix resins, and is cationically polymerizable for epoxy resins and the like. Excellent one-component storage stability of the composition.

"CPI®-200K / 210S" is a non-antimony type triarylsulfonium salt type photoacid generator with a special phosphorus anion. Although it is a phosphorus type, it has the same UV curability as an antimony type, and because it is highly soluble in various organic compounds, it can be blended into various composition systems.

The above "CPI ® ₋100 / 200" series also absorbs i-rays (365 nm), and by combining with various anions, it can be used for resist applications and photocuring of cationically polymerizable monomers such as alicyclic epoxies. It is suitable.

By changing the cation structure, the i-ray high-sensitivity type "CPI®-300 series", the long-wavelength absorption type "CPI®-400 series" that is also sensitive to the g to h line (405 to 436 nm) region, and the mother skeleton We have a lineup of photoacid generators that meet various needs by combining a cation skeleton and an anion structure, such as the "IK-1 series" that has been changed to an iodonium cation.
