Heat base generator DBU salt (liquid to solid type)

U-CAT SA102 Structure
  • Regarding the application
    It is used as urethane catalysts and epoxy curing accelerators.
  • About latent heat catalysts
    DBU dissociates at about 100 °C and exhibits catalytic activity.
  • Regarding the use of tin-free catalysts
    It can be used as a tin-free catalyst in urethane catalysis.
  • Regarding Solidification
    By crystallization, it solidifies in winter (and in some cases even in summer). It can be used if the temperature is adjusted at about 50-60 °C. It does not affect the quality.
